The Environment
The environmental requirements at the Port of Nacala are based on the Environmental Law No. 20/97, created on October 7, 1997, which recognizes the responsibility of the Government of Mozambique to promote and implement the National Environmental Management Program to ensure the correct management of the environment and its components in order to achieve sustainable development.
